The certificate shall list the predominant R-values of insulation installed in the or on the ceiling/roof, walls, foundation (slab, basement wall, crawlspace wall and/or floor) and ducts outside conditioned spaces U-factors for fenestration and the solar heat gain coefficient ( SHGC) of fenestration. The label shall be completed by the builder.

The permanent label shall not cover or obstruct the visibility of the circuit directory label service disconnect label or other required labels. The temporary label shall remain affixed until purchase of the home. A temporary, but identical, label shall be posted on a clearly visible location for consumers on or in close proximity to the front door of the home. A permanent label shall be posted on or in the electrical distribution panel.
